Loves .. Kiki Kang

I came across Kiki Kang a year ago, whilst flicking through Dazed and Confused  magazine, she was featured for a shoot which in particular I cannot remember.  However I noted her name down for no reason really, just out of interest and I really liked what I saw, further to my sketchy note I decided to finally look her up and find out more about her.  Born and raised in China, Kiki begun modelling after she graduated high school, she has featured on the cover of Chinese Vogue, Harpers Bazzar Singapore,  was the face of Topshop back in 2010 and also has been promoted by Elite models Barcelona. Surely there is much more I do not know, but the point is anyway... I think she is an amazing model.

A style I admire

Some say her style is like a granny, some say her style is fabulous and chic.  I personally absolutely  love her style, none other than Mary-Kate Olsen she's simple yet daring and always manages to create stunningly contrasting looks with an element of edge.

Oxford street windows

Walking through Oxford Street a couple weeks back, I took a few snaps of random things I came across and liked... I cant even remember what shop window display it was oops, but thought I'd still post the images. Love the vibrant and bright colours which caused it to draw much attention in the evening darkness, great job to whoever the merchandiser was.

Super Model Super Sized

Whilst browsing through show studio came across this work of art by Nick Knight. I have seen the installation showcased in somerset house roughly a year back and was attracted to it instantly. On the site shows an in depth video of the construction of this masterpiece... I loved the interactive creativity, online viewers and exhibition goers were able to graffiti across Naomi Campbell's statuette with an interactive light. This project was such a fresh and exciting idea.

Bring On LFW!! Woohoo :-)

Went to the Diesel and Adidas party at East Block club last night, I must say it was a great way to kick off London Fashion Week for me.. Open bar, great people and fantastic music.  I danced until my legs ached and drank until I could't stop smiling LOL ( I could still walk) stayed until the parties buzz begun to sizzle out.

Only me

Loved the bar display, although I didn't quite capture it so well, the Jeremy Scotts had a cool impact.

The crowd having a good time

What a cool wall

Why not take a pic by the cool wall.  Lol

Get in the KNOW if you don't already know

Australian designers Danielle and Jodie Snyder better known as a brand, that being Dannijo have the most amazing fashionable jewellery collection. You have probably seen pieces everywhere without knowing maybe.. Their pieces are featured in practically every fashion mag, from vogue to Cosmo to Harpers Bazaar, The times, New York Times and the all the rest.  Celebrities are always photographed wearing it; Olivia Palermo, Beyonce, Natalie Portman and Whitney Port are just few of the many names.

I had the opportunity to intern with Dannijo's UK PR team and also help out and attend their event at the last fashion week. I had a blast and could not help but fall in love with the brand.  Im not even a major jewellery fanatic but their collection really does provide a range of styles, wether you're a simple and elegant jewellery type or a loud and out there rockfish chic type, WHATEVER.. you'll find love with something in the collection.

So here are a few pieces of from the brand, I hope you like because I totally LOve ;-)
